Yes, we do treat patients with work related injuries.  Dr. Faerber is both a Qualified and Agreed Medical examiner for an unbiased evaluation of worker’s compensation injuries.

Referral Letter

This is very important – please bring the report from the radiologist and the actual (not copies) X-ray images, MRI & CT either on CD or printed on film.

 Shoulder patients should wear or bring a tank top. Female patients please bring halter or sports bra. Ankle & knee patients should bring or wear a pair of shorts.
